SUJITH SEKHARAN

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Sujith is founder and a shareholder of Crystal Offshore Group of Companies.

He has close to 30 years of operational and project experience in oil and gas business management. After graduation in mechanical engineering, he started his career with Reading & Bates UAE in 1994. He enhanced his career for an extended 10 years with ENSCO, holding key positions in the Middle East and Far East.

Since 2005, he has established Crystal Offshore Singapore as a major marine, oil, and gas service provider in the Far East and, presently, the Middle East.

STEPHEN MARTIN

VP MIDDLE EAST

Steve has 25 years of international experience establishing and managing businesses and projects, spanning across the oil & gas, marine and construction industries.

He joined Crystal Offshore Middle East in 2023 to establish the groups presence and revenue within the region, before joining Crystal Offshore he was a senior executive for a SME Marine Specialist Group, re-structuring, developing and implementing strategies to establish companies operating under challenging circumstances. In previous roles Steve held various senior management positions completing multiple engineering assignments primarily focused on MODU refurbishment and upgrades with international drilling contractors including SBM Offshore and Rowan Drilling.

Steve started his career as a modern apprentice at Cammel Laird UK in 1998 and holds multiple technical accreditations ranging from NVQ, ECITB, C&G with a Diploma in Engineering Management.

AJIT KUMAR

VP OPERATION

Ajit has close to 30 years of operational and project management experience in the oil and gas (EPIC & Floating) industry.

He started his career as a graduate engineer with McDermott in UAE in 1995. He spent years working for Lamprell, Momentum & Zentech and held various senior management positions for multiple projects and operations worldwide.

In his previous role Ajit was the Regional Director for Connect Energy MENA having P&L responsibility for the strategic growth and development of the MENA business covering all onshore and offshore projects and operations across the whole region.

RADHAKRISHNAN

HEAD OF FINANCE

Radha has more than 30 years of experience as Cost Accounting & Finance planning professional. He started his career with Larsen & Toubro in 1987 and thereafter worked with major Oil & Gas service providers. In his previous role as Financial Controller of ALTRAD he was assigned various senior management responsibly financial & strategic planning, Audit & Compliance, Financial analysis and Transformation, Rist Mitigation and Control.

He is a Certified Member of the Institute of Management Accountant (CMA)

MANOJ KOSHY

TECHNICAL MANAGER

Manoj has 27 years of Engineering and Project management experience in the oil and gas industry with Offshore Jack-up Rig New Build & Major Refurbishment and Upgrade Projects.

He started his career as a Design Engineer in Lamprell for various upgrades projects, He also worked as Project Engineer on multiple offshore & shipyard projects for Mansal Offshore. He was Engineering Manager for the rebuild project, Thule Power at QGM Shipyard, He worked as Project Manager for ADNOC & ARO New builds.

Manoj has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

PHILIP P. PHILIP

PROJECT MANAGER

Philip has 28 years of experience as Project & Engineering Management in the Oil and Gas construction with various projects related to Jack-up drilling Rigs, Refurbishment, and other marine industries in the Middle East and South Asia.

Philip started his career with NPCC Abu Dhabi 1992 as a Structural Design Engineer. In 1996 he moved to Lamprell Energy Plc and played various roles in New Build Rig, Rig Conversion, Rig Refurbishment and Offshore downstream projects. The milestone in his career was the two Newbuild EDC Rig “One-of-a-kind concept” of rig built in the yard and strategically cut and reinforced into modules and shipped to Astrakhan, Russia for re-assembling, commissioning, and handing over to the client.

Philip has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
